The first thing I noticed when I started training with Kati, is her passion for what she does. Training for her is much more than a job. She is very personal and cares about you and what’s going on in your life. She will push you to your limits, but make you love every minute of it. She is simply amazing!
I cannot say enough about Kati’s program & spirit! She is awesome! I have tried EVERY diet out there. They only work for the time you are eating their food or doing their program. Kati helped me to CHANGE my bad habits & choose to eat healthier with REAL food! No running someplace different to purchase food the rest of my family cannot eat & making 2 meals every night. I am able to make healthy choices & food for me AND my entire family. We are all healthier because of Kati. She is amazing at working with you & your lifestyle so that making meals & working out is fun. I would recommend Kati & her program to everyone that wants to eat real food & get healthy!
